Primary Job Responsibilities:

•              Act as a liaison between Product Managers, CS Operations, and Engineering organizations in aligning requirements with the delivery of strategic objectives.

•              Facilitate requirements and design meetings to understand and collect product, business and technical needs. 

•              Define product requirements including writing clear, detailed, and thorough specifications for simple to complex features.

•              Perform project management for the projects. 

•              Resolve ambiguities and conflicting business and technical requirements.

•              Proactively identify issues concerning technical limitations and key product requirements. 

•              Work with engineering to ensure technical specifications and final product meets the defined business requirements and design.   

Job Requirements:

•              5+ years of PM work experience in Platform services (API, SOA Services etc)

•              Strong analytical and problem solving skills and experience applying these skills to resolve strategic business and product questions, product design and technical issues. 

•              Ability to communicate verbally and in writing clearly and succinctly, complex design and technical issues, as well as business and product requirements. 

•              Ability to develop use cases. 

•              Strong presentation and documentation skills, proficient in PowerPoint, Visio, Word and Excel. 

•              Strong project  management  background with a focus on the product development lifecycle.

•              Ability to function effectively in a fast paced and iterative environment and manage continuously evolving business needs. 

•              Ability to manage multiple complex projects across cross-functional teams and multiple client groups. 

•              Flexibility and adaptability to fit the needs of the project, making progress despite ambiguity. 

•              Ability to work across group boundaries and forge cross-functional relationships.

Project Managers take full responsibility for managing a project or program. 

They normally manage a number of related streams or activities to achieve a desired business result, planned profitability levels, quality standards and highest-level client satisfaction.

Project Managers are responsible for the project plan, budget, structure, schedule and staffing requirements for the delivery organization.

A Project Manager usually has technical expertise in one or more other domains (e.g. a Project Manager with testing skills could perform a test manager function).

Required Skills and Experience:

You ensure that client needs are satisfied through the formulation, development, implementation and delivery of application solutions in response to client requirements, expressed in approved service requests.

You are responsible for the overall project plan, budget, structure, schedule and staffing requirements for the delivery organization.

You ensure that the project meets its deliverables in an agreed schedule, according to the scope, within stipulated budget, and to quality standards.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s Degree

Certification:

  • Should have EM Level 1.
  • Should be proficient in Negotiating, Vendor Management, Financial Reporting, Risk Management and Problem Diagnosis & Solution.
  • Should have progressing skills in Financial Analysis, Change Management and Quality Management.
