Manage large projects interfacing with multiple application teams, must be able to meet aggressive time lines.

· Ability to ramp up quickly and lead multiple cross functional teams.

· Partner with Product Owners, Program Managers, IT and Quality to deliver business value. Assist product owner in keeping the backlog groomed

· Schedule and facilitate Scrum events including sprint planning sessions, backlog grooming, daily scrums, sprint reviews and sprint retrospectives.

· Maintain the Scrum team’s capacity plan, Scrum board, sprint backlog, velocity charts and burn down charts.

· Identify and help remove impediments.

· Identify and communicate potential risks to the completion of the Sprints, including resources, costs, and external dependencies. Proactively escalate as appropriate.

· Timely communication within IT and business partners.

· Facilitate discussion, decision making and conflict resolution

· Ensure cross-team coordination

· Guide and coach the Scrum Team on how to use Agile principles and the Scrum framework to bring value to client.

Basic Requirements: 

4 year degree required

Minimum 8 years of experience

successfully managing projects /programs in an IT environment

5-10 years of general IT experience performing builds or support as a technician
