Senior SACM Manager– Service Asset & Configuration Management

LOCATION:  USA- This is a travel role up to 50%.  Can be based anywhere in the USA near a major airport.  

This role will be traveling to client sites and use their Software Asset Configuration knowledge to help define the bid, solution, proposals, transition, transformation and/or remediation.  This is not an operations role, but everything around operations.  

RESPONSIBILITIES:  This role will be involved in service asset, configuration and software pre-sales, service design, creating solutions, transition & transformation activities and perform account remediations when necessary.

This role does not provide run services.

This role will work with Capgemini tool(s) and solution / due diligence teams to provide requirements review and approve Technical solutions.

Provide a foundation for managing Configuration Items (CI’s) needed to support business services.

Understand ways in which CI’s deliver value.

Understand the importance of CI’s and their interdependencies 

Maintains SACM lifecycle process; executes Quality Assurance over SACM process and policies
