SCOPE AND RESPONSIBILITIES: A Principal at Capgemini Consulting manages strategically important accounts to grow and develop business within those clients.  In addition to the sales and business development aspect of the role, Principals also lead projects and engagements and are highly-involved in practice development/people leadership. The Principal in Financial Services will help Capgemini Consulting to expand their footprint and enter into new clients within the industry. They will need to have experience around services to include: strategy, transformation, digital customer experience, risk and compliance and capabilities specific to clients within the Banking and Insurance industries.  Specific Responsibilities Include:   Objectives – Sell and manage client engagements   Primary responsibilities – Build and maintain client engagement – Manage engagement teams (multiple projects) – 50% utilization – Ensure engagement results and extend client expectations – 25% Hunter & 75% Farmer – Sell new or add-on business of 4 MM or more per year   Sales – Leverage existing executive-level relationships to grow a sustainable network of clients – Partner with leaders across capability areas to design and sell profitable business and digital transformation programs Delivery – Build and maintain sustainable client executive relationships through high-quality delivery;  ensure results, exceed client expectations as a trusted advisor/ partner – Manage scope, risks, results, schedule and profitability to deliver successful projects – Deliver board-level presentations, driving actions and decisions Practice Leadership – Support the leadership and development of our people – Develop our business by applying experience and topical knowledge to thought leadership and sector-centric offer development – Communicate and market thought leadership via broader sector forums, such as speaking engagements, trade publications and other print media – Partner with other internal leaders to grow the Capgemini Consulting brand.  Capgemini is an Equal Opportunity Employer encouraging diversity in the workplace.
