Upon settlement and delivery of the tender offer, which will occur on February 4, 2020, Capgemini will hold 137,674,545 Altran shares<a href=\"#_ftn1\">[1]<\/a> representing 53.57% of Altran\u2019s share capital and at least 53.41% of Altran\u2019s voting rights, thereby exceeding the acceptance threshold set at 50.1% of Altran\u2019s share capital and voting rights (on a fully diluted basis).<\/h2><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/section>\n\n\n\n<section class=\"wp-block-cg-blocks-group undefined section section--article-content\"><div class=\"article-main-content\"><div class=\"container\"><div class=\"row\"><div class=\"col-12 col-md-11 col-lg-10 offset-md-1 offset-lg-1\"><div class=\"article-text article-quote-text\">\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>Paul Hermelin, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the Capgemini Group, and Aiman Ezzat, who will become Chief Executive Officer of the Capgemini Group as from the General Meeting of May 2020, welcome the outcome: \u201c<em>We are pleased to see that the market supported this transaction.
