I joined as a fresher and, over the years, have grown into a senior leader responsible for driving large and complex transformations across the organization. My focus has always been on empowering our teams to deliver exceptional value to our clients and helping unleash the full potential of our people. My usual work day<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

I start my day early, reviewing emails and my calendar to set clear priorities. This early start allows me to organize and plan effectively, ensuring I\u2019m prepared for the day\u2019s demands. Overseeing multiple programs means I must constantly prioritize and align my availability for the most critical meetings and conference calls. I make it a point to carve out focus time for long-term strategic activities, so they don\u2019t get lost in the daily whirlwind. This discipline helps me ensure that regular deliverables are met and that I can drive progress on key initiatives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Lunch is more than just a break for me\u2014it\u2019s an opportunity to connect with colleagues from different teams and areas. These informal interactions are invaluable for learning about other parts of the business and building lasting relationships.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In my global role, evenings often involve collaborating with teams across time zones, which can be challenging to balance with personal commitments. I strive to keep at least two to three hours every evening free from meetings, dedicating that time to my family and personal priorities. The dynamic nature of my role, with its ever-changing information and priorities, keeps me energized and ensures that no two days are ever the same.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What makes Capgemini truly special is our people. I\u2019ve had the privilege of working with colleagues who have shaped not only my career but also my outlook on leadership and collaboration. I\u2019ve learned the importance of being open to perspectives from both senior and junior team members, respecting differences, and building strong, trust-based relationships.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our culture is one of boundless opportunity. Whenever I\u2019ve sought new challenges or growth, Capgemini has enabled me to pursue them. I am grateful for the many learning and development journeys I\u2019ve experienced here, both as a participant and as a mentor. Working in a global organization has given me the chance to experience a wide range of cultures and business environments. I\u2019ve lived in the United States for assignments and have traveled to the UK, France, Spain, Singapore, and Vietnam for various business needs. While I am currently based in Pune, I have also lived and worked in Mumbai and Hyderabad. These experiences have broadened my perspective and enhanced my ability to lead diverse, cross-cultural teams.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
