My Role at Capgemini<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

I play the dual roles of India Client Partner and Global Innovation Leader for a large strategic automotive client. I drive alignment between sales, delivery and innovation teams to create and deliver value for our client stakeholders across Europe, Asia and the Americas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Externally, I also represent Capgemini as a Young Leader at the France-India Foundation (backed by the Indo-French Chamber of Commerce & Industry) where I am currently spearheading the AI for Automotive Accelerator.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

My usual workday<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

As my roles span 4 time-zones, I like to plan my workday the previous evening with a prioritized to-do list and updated calendar. My mornings begin with coffee, news updates and deep work. Then I start connecting with clients and colleagues across Asia and Europe. Afternoons are for execution with key leads in Sales, Delivery and Innovation. Evenings typically conclude with strategic planning sessions with leaders from the Americas. I also travel regularly to lead C-level events, facilitate workshops with clients, attend industry conferences and stay in touch with my globally distributed team members.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

My hobbies and personal interests<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

I enjoy reading fiction and non-fiction across genres such as history, biographies, science, business, mystery, travel etc. I also carve out time for my daily morning meditation ritual, as it keeps me grounded and focused for the day ahead.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/section>\n\n\n\n
