As I gained experience, Capgemini\u2019s Workday practice supported my professional development by enabling me to pursue the Advance Workday Pro Absence Certification, which I completed in July 2026. Capgemini provides an environment where professionals can strengthen their expertise and stay connected with the platform\u2019s evolving capabilities. A particularly memorable experience was representing the Workday practice at an internal event, where I presented GenAI capabilities and use cases to a broader audience.
