My usual workday

My day usually starts with me scanning my inbox for feedback from my managers/colleagues for the previous day’s deliverables. Thereafter, I start working on those feedbacks, and if there aren’t many, I move onto my scheduled plan for the rest of the day. A typical day would consist of calls, meetings, brainstorming sessions, and multiple cups of coffee. I am usually done by 7-8 in the evening after addressing all my agenda points for that day and setting some more for the next.

My hobbies

I love reading, especially books on psychology and investing. My other interest lies in Football and I have been a Man Utd supporter since I can remember.

My personal life

I am from Bengal, but I have spent most of my life in Mumbai. I did my engineering from BITS-Pilani and then worked as an analyst at a market research firm. Post that, I pursued MBA from FMS-Delhi. I have worked in 3 industries so far – Research& Analytics, Investment Banking, and Media – before joining Capgemini.

Expectations from E.L.I.T.E.

I expect the program to keep challenging me and pushing me out of my comfort zones, and also giving me opportunities to work across different geographies and cultures.
