    It feels like going to a second home. A place where I meet great people, do good work and get energized by my team!
  • What do you love about your job?
    Be it connected car, autonomous car or electric vehicle, we are always working on a new functionality and technology. I love the fact that I am touching the revenue side of my client’s business through the work that my team and I deliver.

    From R&D Manager to COE Lead to Delivery Head and Business leader, Capgemini has given the opportunity to grow in the last 15 years with freedom to experiment and take business decisions. With nomination to ILT, I look forward to contributing to make Capgemini India the best place to work.

    As Global delivery and solutions head for Automotive Engineering, I get to work directly with the clients and interact at CXO level. The sector centric operational structure has enabled me to bring a deep domain focus and ensure we help our clients deliver great products to the market

    Very different from Patni and IGATE. I love the focus on developing talent and leadership

    Access to client CXOs and their future strategies brings the opportunity to contribute to products that will be game changing in the market! To be in the thick of such development is extremely fulfilling.
