  • How does it feel to wake up everyday and turn up to work at Capgemini?

Every morning brings the start of a new journey and a whole new bunch of opportunities for me.

  • What do you love about your job?

As a fresher, things were a little overwhelming at first but it gradually became better. In fact, Capgemini’s environment, which allowed me to be flexible at work, and the agile office surroundings also helped to a great extent in the process.

  • How does Capgemini empower you to master your skills?

Capgemini empowered me to master my skills as I was given a chance to work on projects & tasks that polished my technical skills. Be it getting trained on a certain technology or developing and handling an application, it really helped me unlock my best potential.

  • How does Capgemini support your sense of purpose in your career?

At work, I regularly find positive examples around me. I idolize qualities about several people around me; it could be my peer, my TL, my manager or anyone who has succeeded at what I want to learn or achieve. Since they are folks with a similar background, skills, and interests, they are my guiding light in my way. They become a source of daily motivation to pursue my purpose.

  • What do you aspire to achieve in your technology career journey?

In IT, I have learned that “you shouldn’t talk a talk that you cannot walk”. This means that one shouldn’t claim the ability to do things when you are incapable since it will create a wrong impression for one’s self. Instead, be a learner which is the best way to adapt in this world of fast-changing technologies. As an IT professional, I want to innovate, evolve and become the best version of myself so that I am part of a future where I continue to drive innovations.

  • What do you love about the way of working at Capgemini?

I feel privileged to be here because except work, there are also a lot of extra-curricular activities that are planned at global and regional levels. Since the day I have joined, I have hardly missed any of them. This is one of the best things about working here as it is open for all age groups and lets everyone take a break from their daily routines and return to work completely refreshed.

  • What was your most memorable moment so far in Capgemini?

Every moment has been alluring and memorable but the ones that stand out are when I won the “Capgemini’s Dress ambassador” title, “Art from waste” competition, and the ”Best walk: female” award at the fashion show. Getting to pursue our interests and hobbies along with work ambitions is what Capgemini is all about.

  • What are you an Ace at?

I am looking forward for ample of opportunities and learnings in the journey ahead at Capgemini. I am an ace at giving my 100% to whatever I am assigned.
