My usual workday

I start with a quick e-mail check and reach office by 9.15am. Thereafter I am engaged in researching and documenting information for the projects that I am working on. Attending meetings, taking calls and following up on assignments also forms a major chunk of the day. Lunch and coffee breaks are a great time to catch up with colleagues. As the day draws to a close, I send project updates to my managers and set up subsequent meetings.

My hobbies

I am an avid reader of both fiction and non-fiction. While I have read the works of many authors in various genres, some of my favourite writers are P.G. Wodehouse, Frederick Forsyth, Devdutt Pattanaik and Gurcharan Das. I am into public speaking and debating since my school days – this helped me coordinate the Toastmasters chapter at IIMB. I also enjoy playing Scrabble and watching TED talks.

My personal life

I was born and brought up in Mumbai. Since my MBA, I have been staying in other cities as well. Some of my best time I’ve spent has been in the company of my parents and grandparents. I regularly catch up with my school friends as well, whenever I get a chance to go home.
