  • How do you feel in the morning getting up and going to work at Capgemini?

  • What do you love about your job?
    As a global head of Testing Practice in Digital Engineering and Manufacturing Services (DEMS) GBL, each day brings new challenges from different sectors. While the world is truly in AI wave, there is a lot of fun in building new testing solutions using analytics, Machine Learning and AI to lead the market.
  • How does Capgemini empower you to master your skills?
    I Started 20 years back as a Product QA lead and now I am handling practice along with delivery. In this growth, I came across mentors and guides within Capgemini. I got the complete support from them to research and innovate.
  • How does Capgemini give you the autonomy to make decisions?
    Capgemini gives me the autonomy to make decisions which comes with a lot of responsibilities.
  • What do you love about the way of working at Capgemini?
    The genuine efforts Capgemini puts in for the growth of the employees.
  • How does this all combine for you to have the passion for what you do?
    As I said above, Quality is my passion. I head Product Quality in my GBL.
  • What was the most memorable moment in your Capgemini journey?
    Capgemini encourages innovation. It is evident from the growing focus on Applied Innovation Labs. My most memorable moment was to receive an Innovation award.
  • What are you an Ace at?
    Product design in a regulatory environment is very challenging. It is important that we discover all the defects early in the lifecycle before it reaches the client. With the experience of delivering more than 1000 of products, I have aced the processes and rigour that is needed to achieve near zero defect.
