Tell us about your role. What does a day in your life at Capgemini look like?

I am working as Technical Lead and playing the role of an individual contributor. My day is dedicated to different tasks like – team meetings, client interactions, designing, coding, mentoring & various other technical/non-technical jobs. The most important part of my job is to solve complex problems for clients. As a team, we all work together to achieve a common goal in creating better change for our clients. But we also acknowledge each other’s individuality, and that’s what adds value to the team.

What’s the best thing about working at Capgemini?

What advice would you give to someone joining Capgemini?

Being an insider, I will not suggest, rather I will ask the person – are you passionate about technology? Are you a learner? If yes, then Capgemini is the place for you to get the future you want and excel in your career.

How do you think Capgemini’s support has been since the pandemic began?

Capgemini’s support during the pandemic was incredible! From leave/medical policies and free vaccination drives for employees & their families to regular follow-ups by HR to check on employees’ health, Capgemini has been a silver lining in the darkest times.
