- What do you love about your job?
This is the kind of career I have always desired for and I can’t be more excited for finally being able to pursue it at Capgemini! Capgemini has given me the opportunity to prove myself and I will do my best to exceed expectations.
- How does Capgemini empower you to master your skills?
Capgemini always gives us a lot of opportunities to learn and master the skills required in our jobs. The extensive, hands-on training we were provided helped me understand the technology and excel at it. Challenges don’t make me nervous anymore; rather I’m more confident at facing them. It isn’t just one or two technologies; you always have the freedom to learn as many technologies as you want via the numerous e-learning courses provided here.
- How does Capgemini support your sense of purpose in your career?
Capgemini guides us to learn technologies in alignment with our career. Recently, I got assigned to a project and I am ready to explore new opportunities!
- What do you aspire to achieve in your career in technology?
Being an IT professional, I aspire to explore as many technologies as I can, and apply them in my day to day work.
- What do you love about the work culture at Capgemini?
I really love being at office! Everything here is streamlined and well-organized, which I love the most.
- What has been your most memorable moment so far in Capgemini?
The training we had here gave us many memorable moments. I met people from all over the country and got an opportunity to interact with them and learn from their experiences. The bond we share amongst ourselves is really special for me, even though we all got assigned to different projects and locations.
- What are you an Ace at?
I recently got assigned to a Mainframe technology project. Although, it is a dated technology, I have realized the significance it holds even today. I would love to explore technology by applying it in the real world and bridge the gap between emerging technologies and Mainframe.
