- How do you feel in the morning, getting up and going to work at Capgemini
Every morning, I start by closing any pending work from the previous day and gear up to learn something new. Capgemini motivates me to be the guy who wakes up with Purpose & Intent.

One of the best things about Capgemini is that I get to learn on the job. Moreover, there are enough opportunities for us to upgrade ourselves on both personal and professional fronts. Working at Capgemini taught me to never trade authenticity for approval.

I have always wanted to improve my coding and public interaction skills. At Capgemini, I get to do both, in different scenarios and for various sets of challenges, which helps me enhance my problem-solving capabilities.

The positive work environment and the encouraging seniors keep pushing me to give my best at whatever I do. Plus, the work culture here is such that you can come across a lot of opportunities to boost your career progress; all you have to do is look.

The work environment at Capgemini is filled with positivity and enthusiasm. Everyone here is a happy and motivating person, which makes me joyful and inspires me to aim higher.
- What has been your most memorable moment so far in Capgemini?
The Independence Day celebrations were really special for me. The office was abuzz with fun and frolic; everyone came dressed up in Indian flag colours and we clicked a lot of pictures and selfies.
- What are you an Ace at?
I have good problem-solving skills and feel that I can be a good leader. Apart from that, I have an ardour for public interaction, which further helps me to achieve my goals.
