Capgemini demonstrated a business case named “Transformation in Outsourcing – A New Horizon”, under the Innovation category.  The improvement in the effectiveness of an outsourcing partnership where a ‘Delivery Excellence Implementation’ has been conducted was discussed. The team used Innovation techniques like ‘Paradigm De-construction’, ‘Needs Assessment’, ‘Solution Synthesis’, ‘Adoption Assessment and Vision – Decomposition’ to explain the impact of Delivery Excellence in an outsourcing deal resulting in a faster stabilization and value delivery to customers.
