management reporting, data centre hosting and application management. Capgemini will also be responsible for
managing subcontractors, such as telecommunications, software providers, meter manufacturers and field
service providers.
The project will be supported through a global delivery model based on Capgemini’s Rightshore® approach,
achieving the right balance of the best talent from multiple locations, with services provided from countries
including Sweden, Poland, India and Finland.
