Short Description

Responsibilities – 
• Engagement management of the APAC VisionPLUS portfolio
• Monthly client meetings in client office for upcoming opportunities
• Submit proposals for new opportunities
• Contract negotiation and sign-off
• Invoicing and payment collections
• Manage delivery of all the projects under the portfolio
• Participate in technical discussions at high level
• Manage all client escalations
• Represent client in front of the end-customers
• Report SLAs on monthly basis to client
• Manage people aspirations and control attrition
• Represent Capgemini for external security audits
• Identify and implement Margin improvement opportunities
• Improve Automation footprint and provide value-add to client

Skills –
• Strong delivery management experience of minimum 3 years
• VisionPLUS knowledge is MUST (last 5 years at least)
• Excellent communication skills
• Good negotiation skills
• Awareness of contracting terms and conditions
• Experience in managing SLA based engagements
• Strong financial management skills
• Excellent people management skills
• Good awareness about internal and external audits
