Exp: 3 to 4 years
|TIBCO Support L1 Resource;
1. Total 3 years of experience in TIBCO majorly in support area (TIBCO BW, BWCE etc)
2. Support experience should primarily include application support like trouble shooting, talking with various application teams. Also platform support is nice to have skill.
3. Mandatory knowledge on any TIBCO adapters, EMS and deployments.
4. Good communication skills.
5. Flexible to work in different shifts ie 24/7
6. Knowledge on incident management and change management
7. Knowledge on SQL.
8. Flexible to work on different middleware technologies with the training that Capgemini is going to provide.
