Job description –

  • Perform qualitative analysis of sales information across various KIP i.e. region, accounts, sectors, offerings etc.
  • Perform ad hoc analysis based on management requirement
  • Understand business requirements, prioritize and analyze for feasibility
  • Draw conclusion from the trends and propose implementable solutions
  • Analyze and assist the team in formulating, articulating and prioritizing key conclusions
  • Prepare the reports and dashboards in the CRM system as per the user demand
  • Identify areas which can be improved and suggest changes, implement a process in place to monitor it
  • Support new ideas/ initiatives and work with a project plan to ensure its closure and liaise with various stakeholders like business units, Group entities, Group IT
  • Contribute towards improving data quality of Sales system
  • Previous experience in working with CRM packages Salesforce.com, Power BI, QlikView, etc. would be preferred
  • Understanding of sales process & sales operation.
  • Strong analytical and program management skills
  • Sufficient knowledge of Salesforce CRM & Power BI
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Multi-Tasking and ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication, organization, presentation & analytical skills with solid business acumen
  • Motivated by career and personal development
  • Flexible to working in shifts (General/ UK shift if required)
