Candidate Profile:
2-3 years of experience configuring and implementing SAP Success Factors
• At least 2+ years of relevant experience in SAP Success Factor / SF implementation and support. 
• 3+ Years of experience in HCM.
• Should have experience in Recruitment Management. Experience in Employee Central, Performance Management, Goal Management will be added advantage.
• Able to Design & configure Success Factors design for Recruitment Management and other modules in accordance with Solution Design & Configuration Workbook. Success Factors best practices including strong XML ability
• Design integrations specs with various internal & external HCM systems
• Test & Quality Assurance of SF solution during Projects and Enhancements
• Documentation of the system configurations, integration design and components
• Certification in Success Factor is a must.
• Superior communications skills, both verbal and written
• Must be a very good team player with good interpersonal skills
