- Broad IT experience of working within a large enterprise on implementation initiatives.
- Experience in configuring ServiceNow modules like ITSM/ ITOM/ HR/ ITBM.
- Strong technical knowledge of ServiceNow modules, 3rd party integrations.
- Very good verbal and written English communication skills
- Effective time management, team handling and organizational skills
- Review the work done by team members as per ServiceNow best practices.
- Develop solutions in ServiceNow, prepare estimates and work on capability presentation, Proof of Concept.
- Understand functional, technical, and business requirements and then turn those requirements into a successful implementation.
