Job Description

  • Responsibilities Assist with ITSM application projects planning testing and implementation
  • Build and maintain Service Catalogues Users Groups Roles Security Groups and Teams administration Global Reports creation and administration
  • Responsible for technical administration of all ITSM modules currently in use Create and maintain client scripts and business rules JavaScript
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any potential ITSM application issues Adhere to ServiceNow best practices update sets table relationships alterations etc Adhere to Change Management principles to ensure the stability of UAT and production environments
  • Develop clear and concise technical process documentation Committed to results by taking personal responsibility for achieving mutually agreed upon individual team objectives Is proactive responsive and focused on anticipating future requirements and or issues
  • Recovers quickly after change disruptions or mistakes and can remain productive and focused Is adaptable and can apply lessons learned in one situation to another situation Collaborate with various Information Management iM groups technical experts and solution providers in an effort to deliver efficient application environments and solutions that satisfy business requirements
  • Familiarity with IT service management ITSM toolsets preferably ServiceNow ,Experience in ITIL Service Asset Configuration Management, Practical experience in ITIL service management functions and processes,Experience in CMDB Service Mapping and Taxonomy
  • Experiencing in CMDB Discovery Administration and Cloud Administration Prior hands on experience creating and maintaining SACM reports and dashboards and Experience with integrations of multiple disparate transactional systems across the enterprise.
  • Good years experience as a ServiceNow Administrator  with JavaScript ITIL foundation certificate is desirable
  • Ability to work with globally dispersed virtual teams across a number of disciplines This role will be supporting clients across the Globe and will need to be able to meet the associated challenges of differing cultures work practices and time zones Ready to work in Production Support Role
