Senior Associate – Tech Support – Mumbai
Should have 2.5- 5years of experience in
· Technical Support, service desk operation, Incident management, Project Co-ordination.
· ITIL, SLA, Network monitoring, AMC, Roster making, call co-ordination, customer service.
· Voice support, Helpdesk, Application support.
· Basics of knowledge Networks i.e. LAN, WAN, MAN & Problem management, Ticketing, Asset Management.
Should be flexible working in shifts
