Job Description

Location Mumbai Pune We will need the India team to operate in night shift as well as Entergy clearly said wfh on call support for offshore locations is not allowed 6 8 years overall experience Description The successful candidate will have at least 3 years experience in SAP Web CRM 2007 and more than 4 years in SAP CRM coupled with 6 10 years experience in the SAP IS U CCS Customer Service module The ability to demonstrate a depth of understanding and Skills in configuration is essential You will have participated in at least 2 successful end to end SAP implementations Responsibilities Participate in project implementations upgrades support and specific client initiatives Your consulting expertise and hands on team oriented approach will drive successful implementations and initiatives The ability to effectively work as a team member team lead or to work independently and communicate with our clients and your team members is essential Requirements Minimum of 4 years of experience implementing SAP CRM with web interaction center along with expertise in SAP CR B product suite At least 2 full lifecycle implementation Detailed configuration experience with SAP CRM such as o Utilities Front office processes like Move in Move out o Web Interaction Centre o Web Channel Management o Marketing Sales Service not a must Detailed configuration experience with Customer Service including o Business Master Data o Web IC and associated Front Office Processes o Contacts Regional Structure and o Move In Out and Disconnect Reconnect processes Experience with all phases of an implementation including business process blueprint detailed design configuration testing and support Solid understanding of other areas of CCS including Billing FI CA and Device Management Integration experience with SAP Plant Maintenance PM and Customer Service CS formally Service Management SM Excellent communication skills Good Leadership skills and ability to manage a team of CRM consultants as a team lead Travel as required Additional Skills Experience in the following areas of CCS EMMA Customer Relationship Management CRM Sales Distribution SD Telephony Portals Internet Self Service ISS or Biller Direct or Workflow Configuration of IS U Work Management WM including Notifications Experience in integrating IVR solutions Expericne is integrating CTI solutions Experience in integrating Mobile Dispatch solutions such as MDSI Experience with the industry solution for Public sector IS PS
