Job Description

  • To study existing Salesforce deployment and identify areas of improvement.
  • Difficulties faced by end-user to enter data
  • UI/UX challenges including field placement, screen transition, presenting critical data upfront
  • Standard reports and dashboards need
  • Understand data interfaces with other systems and conduct due diligence
  • Explore ways to automate manually repetitive tasks for end-users using Salesforce built-in features like workflows, etc.
  • Study current reports and dashboards and suggest ways to standardize into template that users can use to build quickly
  • Anchor discussions with end-user working group to gather feedback, discuss possible solutions and translate into requirement documents and use case
  • Create solutions and describe in terms of use case and business benefits for management sign-off
  • Work closely with the technical teams to plan and schedule development, UAT and deployment to production
  • Support sales CRM on data validation activity for migration
