Role Family Description: Service Management and Reporting

A senior manager accountable for consolidation, quality control, analysis and timely publication of Cloud Infra Management Information reports to internal and external clients.

Typical General Responsibilities of the i9 Senior Information Management Reporting Lead


  • Builds the credibility of the reporting function whilst fostering strong executive-level relationships;
  • Owns the responsibility of ensuring the overall success of the reporting function and management of senior sponsors
  • Spearheads improvements in the definition, execution, monitoring of required controls for reporting;
  • Ensures continuous improvement of the reporting tools and processes
  • Manages day to day activities of the PMO staff globally; When needed, mentors and coach members of the reporting team
  • Where appropriate, ensures that the reporting function is adequately resourced with appropriately trained and experienced people
  • Manages demand versus supply and ensure the two defined processes are maintained and improved on
  • Takes ownership of working with delivery leads to define and agree on required global reports and/or required changes
  • Owns the oversight and governance of managing changes needed to the existing reporting tools/platforms to meet reporting requirements
  • Ensures that the present tools such as KPI dashboard, CAMS system are maintained appropriately
  • Manages the tools enhancement/change budget
  • Manages project/initiatives to ensure data accuracy on the tools being used
  • Ensures all regions and global delivery centres provided the reports and data needed on time and to expected level of quality. Escalate if needed
  • Develops a method and capability to offer client reporting services to individual engagements and ensure successful delivery of agreed reports
  • Specifically, ensure that the following internal reports are published on time and to expected level of quality:
  • Weekly RACE reports to Cloud Infra Board
  • Weekly ILT reports to Cloud Infra Execs
  • Monthly Complex Projects to group delivery – Office of Complex Projects (OCP)
  • Monthly D-Review reports
  • Takes accountability for the financial control of the role / ensure appropriate assignments/project codes;



  • Experience and knowledge of working in an outsourcing and service delivery environment;
  • 4-7 years of people management experience in IT;
  • Experince of managing relationship with senior managers and executives
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skilles
  • Ecellenet influencing skills
  • Intermediate understanding of the financial and commercial/contractual terms
  • Experience of having interacted with technical and development teams
  • Experience of working in multinational, multicultural and globally operating organisations/companies;
  • Analytical skills
  • Experience in analysis of production operations / managed services of Applications and/or Infrastructure
  • Experience in few data analytical tools (excel advanced, minitab, etc)
  • Experience in data warehousing (optional)
