Job Description
  • Strong knowledge in Hire to Retire / Workforce Management areas
  • Experience in managing Processing of New Hires, processing changes to employment Term & Conditions, Contract renewals, Org Management & Maintenance of Employee record / Master Data Maintenance
  • To coach and mentor the team as per business and organization requirements and policies, addressing employee queries
  • Study and identify the scope for process improvements by eliminating waste and improving the productivity
  • Should have good knowledge in Automation tools
  • Provide professional development support and perform periodic performance reviews for direct subordinates based on Performance Management System
  • Hands on experience in customer management in order to meet customer and organization requirements and goals
  • Expertise in Transition Management, Transformation Management Excellent Analytical and Decision making skills, Monitoring key HR Metrics and hands on experience in Customer Management
  • Should have sound knowledge in Quality tools and Quality Management
Primary Skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Strong Verbal & Written communication skills
Secondary Skills
  • Experience in SAP Payroll is preferable
  • Exposure/experience in any ticketing tool
