Onshore role Location – China Should be able to increase percentage of work at offshore, along with improvement in Contribution Margin Will be working with the End-client and should be able to identify and follow-up on opportunities for additional business Will be managing Pre-sales activities, projectsservices end to end i.e. Setup, Transition, Operations, Invoicing, Reporting Service, Financial, Budgeting Day to day communications to stakeholders and Account teamsGlobal about all relevant aspects of the project, in line with contract, project baseline, project status and client feedback. Will be working closely with onshore and offshore senior leadership Overall responsibility for all right shore engagements – achieving project targets e.g. service level commitments, revenues, margins, client satisfaction levels
Skills & Experiences – Should have minimum 12-14years years in the area Service Delivery and Sales support management & At least 4-5 years of Onshore stakeholders experience preferred Excellent Communication and Presentation skills and must have experience in developing and presenting client project reports Should be a Team Player, Pro-active and display high leadership qualities Prefer to have working knowledge on Capgemini’s group tools Experience in Handling onshore and offshore activities Competent to handle customers internal and external and teams under high pressure situations Should show experience in transforming engagements to deliver over and beyond contracted expectations Should show the ability to understand industry and client situations and identify new opportunities.
