Office 365 Admin – 4 to 6yrs – Bangalore

Job Responsibilities

Role: Office 365 Admin

Responsilbities : 

Provide Tier 1 support to local IT administrators for Office 365, including managing of users, shared mailboxes, distribution lists, and resources. 
Monitor and ensure effective use of licenses.
Help drive adoption throughout the organization of the various Office 365 workloads.
Assist with eDiscoveries, legal holds, security breaches, etc. as required.
Troubleshoot message delivery issues.

An intelligent, analytical and pragmatic approach to problem solving
Establishing and maintaining communication with management contacts to keep them updated
Proactively escalating any issues that cannot be resolved within the established timeframes or expectations
Excellent relationship building skills with colleagues from various team
Good presentation skills
Good written and verbal communication skills.
The enthusiasm and ability to motivate and inspire others, and be an excellent team player
Must have an aptitude and desire to learn new skills and acquire knowledge
Flexibility and adaptability to changing business and project needs
The candidate must be flexible to work in 24 x 7 environment, and can make themselves available on-call when needed.
