- Ability to multi task prioritize coordinate work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Key Responsibilities.
- Attend the Client calls.
- Provide updates for the respective tools.
- Support L2 for troubleshooting in terms of stuck anywhere.
- Manage end to end Endpoint Security Solutions which includes and not limited to install configure manage administer troubleshoot etc.
- Hands on experience in security incident response lifecycle and its phases.
- Provide Service improvement to the management.
- Fine tuning rules Raise case and follow up with support for any issue with Vendors.
- Suggest new integration to the clients and their benefits.
- Shift Timing 16×5 Rotational Shifts On call.
