Job Description:
1. Knowledge of Java, J2EE, Springs, Servlets, JSP, WebSphere Server Environment 8.5
2. Proficiency with WebSphere Servers and administration process, server logs, WAS Admin console, nodes, clusters, SSL, SSO, LDAP
3. Proficiency with Build and deployments 
4. Ability to rotate the shifts based on the shift planning. 
5. Provide production support through troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and resolution to correct issues, including fixing code defects.
6. Providing root cause or fixing the issues in a timely manner ensuring SLA timelines are met.
7. Ability to work independently and works hand-in-hand with other development and implementation teams. 
8. Owning the incidents and problems and provide detailed root cause analysis and suggest work-arounds and/or solutions for recurring issues
9. Manages daily activities of production support to ensure timely and effective reporting, tracking, follow-up and communication of problems to internal and external clients, technical resources, and executives
10. Able to work in Agile/DevOps methodology.
11. Knowledge on open source tools Jenkins, Jira, Github
