Requirement for IT Support engineers in Mumbai . IT Support in Retail domain is needed
|• The Level 2 Support Analyst will be responsible for independently and successfully troubleshooting and resolving IT technology problems ( software/peripherals) at the store
• Extremely confident and good in communication is a must -( ability to understand and communicate with US based customers)
• Must have 3 – 5 years of experience with Support project and understands what support project expectations are
• Responsibilities will primarily include providing Level 2 technical and operational support
• Candidate must possess a strong attention to detail; superior follow-up skills and be result oriented with strong oral / written communications ability
• He/She will have to work in day & night shifts in rotation.
• He /She will be responsible for communication with the end customers directly restaurants and ensure they do not have any technology issues
• Knowledge of Shell scripts will be of advantage for trouble shooting
• Knowledge of C# will also be of added advantage for trouble shooting
• Should be extremely good in Initiative taking and must have an excellent troubleshooting mind-set
• Experience working with any retailer and having prior understanding of Point of Sale(POS) terminals will be very useful
• Need smart people who have a good trouble shooting mindset and can work in a support environment remotely solving customer problems.
