Key Responsibilities

 

  • Build, maintain and develop relationships with internal clients in order to diagnose organizational needs. Propose solutions aimed at enhancing team and individual development and thus ensure reaching maximum professional effectiveness
  • Provide support to the management of the account in manpower planning and creating organizational design
  • Act as first contact for the management and employees of the account in HR related matters and facilitate communication between operations and human resources
  • Ensure knowledge transfer of the HR related topics to the managers/Team Leads within the account
  • Provide support to the management of the account by providing input in discussions regarding staff retention, talent management, and succession planning and resourcing needs.
