Job Responsibility
- Process HR Administration requests
- Manage processes like transfers, promotion, leavers, etc as per the requirement
- Answer client’s calls and emails – Service Desk
- Process client’s queries
- Provide clarification of HR policies and procedures
- Manage assigned part of the process according to Capgemini methodology and/or agreed transition plan
- Adhere to periodic reporting needs and monitor in-time delivery of all reports
Primary Skills
- Follows appropriate escalation procedures adopted by team
- Update all required process documentation (process maps and procedures) and other documentation within agreed timeframes and in accordance with the process
