Entry level role and this requires good communication skills over phone email and chat proactive problem solving analytical mindset customer centric approach Basic IT knowledge like operating systeWindows Linux or Mac understanding of computer systems mobile devices Active Directory and other technological equipment KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Handle Inbound call email chat technical requests from end users Provide first time resolution to end users Responsible for Call email chat volumes and handle customer requests within the prescribed SLA Able to work in a competitive environment and meet the KPIs productivity quality FTF customer satisfaction REQUIREMENTS Any graduate with 1 To 1 5 year experience in technical customer support role A good understanding of IT providers services Excellent phone skills and the ability to be courteous and engaging on a consistent basis Excellent verbal and written communication skills English Excellent customer service skills that build high levels of customer satisfaction Flexible to work in Shifts 24 7
