Asset Team Coordinator with 6 to 9 yrs for Mumbai Location.


Job Responsibilities

Skill Required:

• Gathering requirement from user and releasing purchase order.
• Co-coordinating with technical team for Product confirmation.
• Manage and maintenance of Hardware assets and Maintaining Teams’ SLA.
• Good Knowledge in Hardware and software procurement.
• Arrange & Participate in Vendor Service Meetings, highlight and track issues till closure
• Follow up the delivery of the material and call logging with respective vendor for further installation and allocation process to respective projects
• Responsible for creating the weekly reports and maintain the Stock details.
• Inventory management and Vendor management.
• Effectively using interpersonal and communications skills
• Establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with other Teams.

Knowledge Required

• Should have an Excel knowledge.
• Fixed asset tracking systems in excel.
• Physical inventory practices and standards.
• Inventory control processes and standards.
• Remedy (Advantage)
