•Genesys Interaction Recording 8.5 expert
•Experienced in Application Maintenance (Level 2). This role is of a support analyst
•Experience with PureEngage on Premise and Certification on Pure engage on Recording (Exam: GCP8.5-GIR) 
•Strong experience in Genesys framework version 8.0, 8.1, 8.5
•Understanding of CTI (Computer Telephony Integration) and understanding of contact center environment
•Interaction Recording

Primary Skills

•CIM8 Troubleshooting and  Support
•Interaction Recording consultant
•Outbound voice Consultant 
•Pure engage on Recording (Exam: GCP8.5-GIR) 

Secondary Skills

•Experience with eServices i.e Email / SMS / Social, GMS and Chat
•Experience with Genesys Interaction Workspace/Desktop application development for customizations
•Good understanding on Speechminer, GIA, Knowledge, Digital, Verient WFM, 
•Understanding of database, gateways, SBC, network, firewall are added advantage
