•Genesys E-Services experience 
•Experienced in Application Maintenance (Level 2). This role is of a support analyst
•Experience with PureEngage on Premise and Certification on Pure engage on EServices (Exam: GCP8-ESV)
•Strong experience in Genesys framework version 8.0, 8.1, 8.5
•Understanding of CTI (Computer Telephony Integration) and understanding of contact center environment
•Genesys Framework, Routing and Reporting
•Eservices Consultant

Primary Skills

•CIM8 Troubleshooting and  Support
•Eservices 
•SIP Server
•Certification on Pure engage on EServices (Exam: GCP8-ESV)

Secondary Skills

•Experience with eServices i.e Email / SMS / Social, GMS and Chat
•Experience with Genesys Interaction Workspace/Desktop application development for customizations
•Good understanding on Speechminer, GIA, Knowledge, Digital, Verient WFM, 
•Understanding of database, gateways, SBC, network, firewall are added advantage
