Job Description:

  • 15-20 years of experience with background in delivery management , transformation / industrialization / innovation
  • Strong experience in recovering the troubled engagements (client escalations, delivery quality issues)
  • Good knowledge and experience UPM and USM or similar delivery processes and methods
  • Strong experience as a crisis manager for immediate recovery of issues as well as improvement plan for permanent fixes
  • Strong technical background preferably Java except for BI
  • Very good at logical / lateral / design thinking, generating ideas, helping troubled projects/teams
  • Should have worked on Continuous Improvement initiatives
  • Should have worked on complex engagements involving a large portfolio of applications across technologies and complex architecture across multiple locations (distributed delivery)
  • Good at communication & presentation skills
  • Strong customer relationship management skills a must

Responsibilities include:

  • Ensure adherence of SDLC quality gates/checks including Requirements quality, Impact assessment, Non-Functional Requirements, configuration management, Development rules compliance, Secure coding, SonarQube quality compliance, Sanity checks on continuous integration strategy and configuration management, Testing compliance (starting from Test coverage, test data management) and Release management checks (FIC) compliance
  • Audit the Dev,Test and Indus teams before every critical milestone of the delivery
  • Alert the BEM’s/DM’s on risks and issues to take necessary actions
  • Ensure closure of improvement actions in agreement with BEM’s/DM’s
