POSITION OBJECTIVE: (Please summarize the primary purpose of your job. RESPONSIBILITIES: (Please describe the primary duties and responsibilities, which are part of the role. Provide as much as detail as necessary to give an accurate, complete picture of the role. (Please describe what is done and the key means by which you achieve the end results: why and how it is done). The responsibilities could include Ticket life cycle management, Server and application monitoring, professional communication with the client and day to day reporting, more so.
Educational Qualification: Minimum Requirements Any Graduate
Work Experience:
Technical Skills and Capabilities (Primary – Must have)

Any ONE programing knowledge
Good knowledge of MS-Office
Technical Skills and Capabilities (Secondary – Nice to have) Creativity, problem solving and analytical skills would be desirable
Behavioral Skills and Capabilities Good Interpersonal Skills 
Client focused and service minded to ensure high quality of service with enthusiasm. 
A decent level of Creativity, problem solving and analytical skills would be desirable 
Communication skills (both oral and written) to develop and deliver the key messages for our customer and internally 
People management Skills and Capabilities No
Languages (Optional) French language Proficiency is a MUST
