(Roles and responsibilities)

o Initially mainly responsible for automating forecast/reporting tooling & simplification across all accounts within NB;
o Identify & lead additional improvement streams across MDUs in the NB region;
o Dashboards: Publish dashboards including the health of the account and creating ad-hoc reports as requested (both for internal as well as external stakeholders/customers);
o Drive the monthly closing activities across the different MDUs (POC calculations, relevant provision accounting, time writing,…);
o Financial Analysis: Provide support in analysing actuals, forecast and variances in terms of revenue, costs and contribution;
o Being involved in the yearly budget cycle across MDUs;
o Calculate bookings in line with group rules across MDUs, and include accurate true up/down for staff aug bookings; track & trace mechanism is to be implemented;
o Project controlling – advisory role to the onsite business partners; 
o Participation in proposal reviews – evaluation of financials of project proposals / involved in deal review financial shaping.

Ad hoc Covering activities
o Implement new processes and controls where needed;
o Optimizing use of different company tools;
o Cashflow Management – DOR improvement initiatives.

 

Job Specification

(Skills and Qualifications)

o Adequate experience in managing project financials;
o Fluent in English 

o Knowledge of automated financial and reporting systems (Oracle, Business Objects, HFM) 
o Able to analyze and interpret complex situations, reports and documents;
o Focus on the real financial and business issues and to prioritize in a changing environment;
o Presenting in a professional, convincing and interactive manner financial, operational and business information to all relevant stakeholders;
o Focus efforts on delivering in time creative, solid solutions; manage expectations;
o Working under pressure and respecting tight deadlines;
o Strong communication and influencing skills, relationship building;
o A professional, pro-active “can do” attitude, working in a global environment. 
o Regular travel to Europe is required.
