Job Responsibilities

Role name This is for offshore Capgemini team member to be placed on Creganna Medical AMS Project Duration 1 Year Start date Mar 15 2019 End date Mar 15 2020 and option to extend FTE 1 Preferred Location India Pune Mumbai Bangalore Summary of Position The SAP SD Functional consultant will be responsible to resolve all SD module related incidents issues enhancements etc Key Roles Responsibilities This position within Capgemini s managed service delivery organization has the following key responsibilities for global SD Projects for the client s SAP Ecosystem Work on AMS project Resolution of Incidents defects within defined SLAs Impact Analysis Suggest solution accordingly Solution Documentation FDD as per the need Client Interaction understand requirement Incident problem enhancement resolution Testing Unit End to End etc Documentation Perform RCA wherever required Required Skills The Consultants should have following Skills Experience working in Support projects Must have a Strong experience in SAP SD Module Strong knowledge of TE Business processes Must have a strong understanding of integration of SAP SD with other SAP modules Must be able to help deliver enhancements using a Software Delivery Lifecycle SDLC approach Pro active in approach Required Experience Overall 6 7 years with SAP SD experience with below abilities Strong experience working in Support projects delivering P1 P2 P3 Incidents Enhancements within defined SLAs Strong knowledge of SD module work experience on PR2 Strong experience on Order to Cash business cycle SD Master Data and SD Integration experience other modules Good in requirement understanding providing realistic estimates Impact analysis resolution documentation Ability to respond quickly and work in tight timelines Having good communication skills both written and spoken Ability to express complex technical concepts in simple easy to understand ways Good at keeping customer informed about the progress during resolution lifecycle Pro active Self starter works independently Strong analytical problem solving and conceptual skills Attention to detail Ability to manage cross functional tasks Ability to follow corporate standards with respect to tools and processes Strong knowledge and understanding of structured analysis and technical design techniques Ability to handle multiple assignments
