Job Description
  • Advising on the effective channel strategy, digital tactics and a mix of content formats for global corporate activities 
  • Acting as a trusted advisor to stakeholders in CSR, Talent Branding, Branding and PR teams
  • Executive plays a critical role in deploying digital thinking, tools and techniques in support of Capgemini’s corporate communications priorities. 
  • Reporting to the Global Head of Digital Marketing, the primary focus of this role is to act as a trusted advisor to colleagues in CSR, Talent Branding, Branding and PR
  • Develop and execute digital strategies and campaigns, in line with business objectives.
  • Overseeing the production and then the flow of content (from featured articles to snackable content) through digital channels, ensuring quality and consistency in messaging to maximize impact
  • Reporting on digital KPIs and deriving insights to drive improvements in future campaigns
Primary Skills
  • Experience in digital/social marketing/communications – strategy, planning, execution, analytics and evaluation
  • Experience and keen interest in corporate communications or content – from communicating about Capgemini’s net zero ambition, HR accolades and Rugby 7s to financial results and acquisitions, the digital communications specialist will be involved in key corporate announcements


Secondary Skills
  • Required minimum of  5+ years of experience in external communications, digital marketing, along with hands-on writing experience
  • PR experience would be a plus
