CXO- Sr. Telecom SME
|15+ years of experience in Telecom & Media domain with rich exposure in implementing large programs on Billing, OSS and BSS Integration. Would have played SME role handling complex $50M account with multiple programs through multiple technology services being executed at any point of time. Should have worked on Analytics, Big Data for Telecom
1. Align and deliver cross sector, cross geography, cross BU engagements and ensure organic growth.
2. Must be able to contribute to the Telecom domain and build practice for the larger growth of business unit/portfolio
3. Ability to directly face the client and lead the conversations. 2-3 times a year travel to US to meet with clients.
4. Strong and effective verbal and written communication skills, especially aimed at Sr. Executives. Strong organizational and follow-up skills required.
5. Execution of key management controls for IT Solutions Delivery, ensuring a continued high level of compliance with all financial control requirements.
6. Operationally stay on top of $50M account, pipeline management, forecast, NBT, compliance to client requirements, audit, invoicing/cash collection etc.
7. Ability to coach team and create 2nd level leaders.
