Contract Management (Third Party Management ).
Be accountable for the overall service management of 10-12 third parties.
Proactively maintain an oversight of issues being raised to the third parties, and intervene in case of lapses.
Maintain up-to-date rolling plans of system maintenance activities.
Manage the sourcing process for changes to 3rd party systems – collection of reqts, issuing RFCs, validating and negotiating quotations, issuing PO.
Maintain an overview of changes to the 3rd party systems; identify dependencies to other systems. Co-ordinate changes & across dependent third-parties.
Project-manage changes to 3rd party systems make sure relevant system documentation is available and up to date.

Continuously evaluate contracts with 3rd parties in line with changing client expectations and requirements.
Stay up to date on upcoming releases and options beneficial to the business.

Customer facing, team leadership exp. & Prior exp. in vendor mgt & exposure to contracts is mandatory.
Exp. in the financial services sector is preferred.
