Oracle Fusion Talent Acquisition consultant a. TCC Experience Web services experience on integration preferably with PSFT – any real time integration experience will be a top up Recruiting and onboarding process knowledge b. Experienced Taleo (Recruiting, Onboarding) technical consultant, with 2-3 end to end implementation experience. c. Strong Solution Designing skills with solid understanding of integration design, impact on other modules and other applications. d. Extensive experience in any Recruiting and Onboarding module of Taleo e. Must have at least 2-3 Implementations on Taleo Recruiting and Onboarding f. Support experience working with Taleo Passport vendors related to e-verify, Drug testing, assessment etc g. Experience with integrating other HRIS applications like Peoplesoft using Taleo Client Connect is a big plus h. Must be a thought leader and should be able to architect a thorough recruiting solution i. Excellent Communication Skills required. j. Needs to be proficient Functionally and technically k. Responsible for Taleo Recruiting/Learning implementation/migration/configuration/ administration activities RESPONSIBILITIES the overall scope of activity includes (but not limited to), Business requirement gathering and analysis along with completion of decision guides and collection of supporting artifacts.
