Delivery Management – Consultant – Bangalore

 Required skills and Job responsibilities

  • Building and maintaining relationships with the accounts supported
  • Providing detailed reports as per an agreed schedule (or on request), including management and account performance reports
  • Managing the transition phase of transferring the functional, technical and procedural knowledge to Delivery management team
  • Ensuring that quality services are delivered with regard to the agreed SLA on reporting and high level of customer satisfaction
  • Working with the Accounts or transitions team to identify and manage service improvement activities
  • Monitoring overall performance of services agreed
  • Good communication around issues and opportunities – get things done
  • Follow up if service delivery is not meeting expectations
  • Good Communication & Client facing Skills
  • Mitigating and solving escalations with urgency and determination
  • Ability to follow best practices as defined by the group & cascade to the team
  • Generating participative culture in team Details


Skills & Experience:  

  • Strong knowledge in ITILs process & Service Level Agreements
  • Strong Experience in AM environment
  • Strong experience in team management and escalation management
  • Strong Service Management reporting experience
