Roles & Responsibilities:

  1. Direct sales and Client facing experience role with Yearly revenue ownership – sales (revenue) achievement.
  2. Candidate should have the understanding of Services industry with added experience in Enterprise Applications (ERP, CRM, HCM, SCM) and in depth knowledge of market.
  3. Prospect for potential customer acquisition using various direct methods such as calling and face to face meetings, and indirect methods such as networking.
  4. Strong interpersonal and influencing skills and ability to engage C level executives.
  5. Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales targets for the region and projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new clients.
  6. Candidate should demonstrate ability to work in a fast paced environment.

Experience MUST have

  1. 12 to 16 years hard core sales experience with 3 to 4 years of hands on experience in captives

Nice to have:

  1. Should be able to travel across countries or short periods of time.
