Role Name – Captive Sales
Job Location – Bangalore / Pune / Hyderabad / Gurgaon / Mumbai
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Direct sales and Client facing experience role with Yearly revenue ownership – sales (revenue) achievement.
- Candidate should have the understanding of Services industry with added experience in Enterprise Applications (ERP, CRM, HCM, SCM) and in depth knowledge of market.
- Prospect for potential customer acquisition using various direct methods such as calling and face to face meetings, and indirect methods such as networking.
- Strong interpersonal and influencing skills and ability to engage C level executives.
- Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales targets for the region and projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new clients.
- Candidate should demonstrate ability to work in a fast paced environment.
Experience MUST have
- 12 to 16 years hard core sales experience with 3 to 4 years of hands on experience in captives
Nice to have:
- Should be able to travel across countries or short periods of time.
